Product Warranty:

We warrant our products to be free from defects. We will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.  All items are handcrafted and could vary slightly in size, color, and pattern from those visible in the online store.

 

Delivery Policy

Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
 

Domestic Delivery Options:

Door-to-door delivery – 35 NIS – delivered in 3-5 business days to the address you provide in the order. Please note that door-to-door delivery takes place between 9:00-17:00. Be sure to leave an address that you will be available during these hours.

Door-to-door delivery on orders of 500 NIS and up—free—delivered in 3-5 business days to the address you provide in the order. Please note that door-to-door delivery takes place between 9:00-17:00. Be sure to leave an address that you will be available during these hours.

Self-pickup from our store (75 Frishman St. Tel-Aviv). If you choose this option, we will contact you as soon as the order is ready for pick-up.

 

International Delivery Options:

Registered shipping is $10; the estimated delivery time is up to 14 business days.

Registered shipping for orders of 500 NIS and up is free; the estimated delivery time is up to 14 business days.

Express shipping: 20$; estimated delivery time is up to 5 days.
You may be charged for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Please contact your local customs office for additional information.

 

Returns & Cancellation Policy:

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you can contact us or visit our store (75 Frishman St. Tel-Aviv). 

We allow exchange of the item within 14 days of receiving the order.

To cancel the order, please mail us within 2 business days of receiving the delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. The return delivery cost will be paid by the customer. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed. It will be executed on the same terms as the original deal. Please note that the delivery cost is non-refundable.

We are dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secure.

We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our newsletter and personalize your shopping experience with us.
